An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on 09/10/2024 and completed on 09/10/2024, as a part of probation. The on-site inspection began at 2:00pm and ended at 2:34pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were approximatley 45 children present and 8 staff. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations
