An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 8/19/2024 and completed on 8/19/2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:30 amand ended at 11:30 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 12 children present and four staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and four staff records electronically on 8/19/2024 and 8/20/2024. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
