Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on and completed on 2/4/2026. The on-site inspection began at 9:00 am and ended at 10:00 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 13 children present and four staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and four staff records. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
