Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated and concluded on May 25, 2022.. The licensing inspector was on site from approximately 10:30am until 1:00pm. The director assisted the licensing inspector during the inspection. There were 23 children present, ranging in ages from seven months to four years, with seven staff supervising. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy regulations that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy regulations. No violations were issued.
