An unannounced non-mandated inspection was conducted on 07/27/2023 and concluded on 07/31/2023. The purpose of the inspection was to investigate a self-reported alleged incident that occurred at the center during the week of June 19-23, 2023 regarding child abuse and neglect. Four staff were interviewed, one child's record, and attendance records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the self-report investigation determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
