Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/02/2022. There were 7 children, ages 4 months- 4 years, totaling 19 points and 2 caregivers present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 children?s records and 3 caregiver records were reviewed. The children were observed during learning time and in free choice play. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 10:05 am and departed at 11:30 am.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
