An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 12/18/2024. The on-site inspection began at 9:30 am and ended at 10:30 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 7 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 17. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 3 caregiver records on site.
The inspection included: document review, tour of the home, and interviews.
