Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 6/02/2022. 54 children were directly supervised by 9 staff. The physical space, 4 children's records, 2 staff records, evacuation drills, first aid supplies, accident reports, the Emergency Preparedness Plan and required posted documents were reviewed. Medications were in compliance. Children were observed on the playground, playing with legos/dinosaurs, listening to a teacher directed activity and engaging with the staff. Age appropriate materials were available in all classrooms. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
