Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on April 14, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:55am and ended at 12:45pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 23 children present and six staff. The inspector reviewed four children?s records and four staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
