A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the code compliance inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in code were reviewed during this SHSI. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. All staff who work directly with children shall have within 90 days of the date of employment.

Staff # 3 has been employed for over 4 months and did not have First Aid and CPR.

Staff and children?s hands shall be washed with soap and running water after toileting.

Staff and an infant did not wash their hands after a diapering change. The staff used hand sanitizer.

In the older infant room, the diaper surface was cleaned with soap and water and was not sanitized.
