Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring was conducted on October 28, 2022 from approximately 2:00pm- 3:30pm. There were 20 children present upon arrival with 3 staff members. Additional administrative staff were present. Children were observed napping and eating snack. Four staff records and five children's records reviewed . Licensing Inspector reviewed indoor areas, supervision, activities, equipment, emergency evacuation and sheltering-in-place drill documentation, emergency procedures and required posting.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Staff #1 employment date 06/16/2022 did not have documentation of completion of Virginia Department of Education-sponsored orientation with in 90 calendar days of employment.
