8VAC20-780 Staffing and Supervision.

Inspector Notes

A unannounced non- mandated complaint inspection was initiated and concluded on April 24, 2024 from 7:40 am - 8:15 am. There were 58 children with 7 staff present. The complaint was in regards to staffing and supervision. Staff was interviewed and observations were condicted.

Children were observed in multipurpse room doing work, freely playing and waiting for buses. Children were in the gym participating in kick ball game. Staff were in the hallway for transition to bathroom, multipurpose room and buses. There was designated staff who was making sure children were getting on the buses.

Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations in regards to supervision. The complaint was deemed not VALID. No violations were issued.
