Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on September 15, 2025 and completed on December 4, 2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on September 10, 2025 relating to allegations of programs and staffing and supervision. The inspector reviewed 1 child record on site. This inspection included document review, interviews, observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
