During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. If there were any serious injuries or fatalities related to a violation, the details will be included in the description of the violation.
Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed January 7, 2026 as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 2:27 pm and ended at 4:12 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were three separate groups to include 8 school age children, 30 preschool children, 13 toddlers present and 21 staff. The inspector reviewed/requested 10 children's records and 5 staff records on site. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations.
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the licensing inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this SHSI, and this single inspection report reflects findings related to licensing standards and subsidy standards.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
