Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on September 23, 2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on September 19, 2024 relating to allegations of forbidden actions and supervision. The inspector reviewed two children?s records and two staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
