Classroom A was out of ratio on the following dates:
1. On 02/07/2026, Classroom A had a total of six children with one staff member from 8:40am-9:20am.
2. On 02/08/2026, Classroom A had a total of six children with one staff member from 8:14am-9:15am.
3. On 02/09/2026, Classroom A had a total of six children with one staff member from 8:32am-8:53am.

Plan of Correction: Management met with staff on 02/23/2026 toe stablish a plan to defer care during AM drop off when classrooms are at max ration, until ratios can be met. Additionally, management completed a refresher training with all staff on ratios and posted ratios at every classroom.
