Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 04/20/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. At the time of inspectors arrival there were 5 children, for a total of 11 points, in care with the provider. The record sample size consisted of 2 children's records and the provider's record and the household member's record. The children in care were observed engaging with the provider in educational activities and free play. There has not been any injuries since the last inspection. Medications are not being administered at this time. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There were no violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements cited during this inspection.
