Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted January 26, 2023, from 10:10 a.m. to 11:20 a.m. There were 38 children present, ranging in ages from five months to 5 years old, with eight staff supervising. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations.

A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all the subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

No violations of the supplement subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
