Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 07/21/2023 from 10:20 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. There were 32 children present, ranging in ages from three months to five years old with seven staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of five child records and four staff records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
