Inspector Notes
An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on Friday, August 26, 2022, and concluded on Friday, August 26, 2022, in response to a complaint received on August 23, 2022, regarding allegations of staff-to-child ratio requirements. At the beginning of the inspection, staff to child ratios were observed: 8 to 1 in classroom #1- Preschool, 4 to 1 in classroom #2 - toddlers, and 18 to 1 in classroom #3 -preschool.

The director was available for the inspection and was present at the exit interview at which time inspection findings were reviewed and an Acknowledgement of Inspection form was signed and left with the licensee.
