Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on September 24, 2024 as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:45 a.m. and ended at 12:20 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 117 children present and 18 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 6 staff records onsite.
This inspection included document review, tour of the facility and interviews.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
