Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated and completed on October 8, 2025. The Department issued a Special Order to require the licensee to contact parents, guardians, or other responsible persons regarding health and safety violations on August 26, 2025, as a result of high-risk violations. The on-site inspection began at 9:03am and ended at 9:33am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 49 children present and 9 staff. The inspector reviewed 0 children?s records and 0 staff records on-site. This inspection included tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
