Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 7:00 a.m. and ending at 8:00 a.m. with the director. There were 14 children in care, ages 5 to 10 years old under the care and supervision of 2 staff. Three staff records and five children's records were reviewed. Three medications and authorizations were reviewed. Emergency drills were reviewed and up to date.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable laws or regulations. No violations were issued.
