Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted beginning at 7 a.m. and ending at 8 a.m. with the director. There were 12 children in care ages 5 through 10 years old under the care and supervision of 2 staff. Children were observed arriving to the program, playing at centers, handwashing and having morning snack of bagel and fruit.
Five children's records, three staff records and one medication, authorization and administration log were reviewed. Staff training was reviewed. A battery operated radio, flashlight and complete first aid kit were observed. Emergency drills are up to date. Liability insurance is current until 9/7/2023.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
