Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today with the site manager from 4:15 pm to 5:20 pm. There were 17 children present with 3 staff providing supervision. The ages of the children ranged from 7 to 11 years. The children and staff were heading outside at the beginning of the inspection. There were no medications on site and two injury/accident reports were reviewed. Three staff and six children's files were inspected and the area of non compliance is outlined on the violation notice.

The center must obtain a written allergy care plan for each child with a diagnosed food allergy.
There was no allergy care plan on file for child A who has an allergy to Mangos.
Plan of Correction: We will obtain the allergy care plan.
