An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on September 16, 2024, as a part of code compliance. The on-site inspection began at 12:30pm and ended at 1:22pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 13 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records, and 3 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
