Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an hybrid inspection protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and an on-site inspection of the facility.
A renewal inspection was initiated on February 16, 2022 and concluded on February 28, 2022. The director/provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 50 children present, ranging in ages from two to five years of age, with ten staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of five child records and eight staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

2Evidence:
1. In Classroom #3 in the Upper Building there is paint peeling in the restroom that the children use.
2. Staff verified that there was paint peeling in the restroom.
Evidence:
1. Child 2M had an emergency medication at the center that was not labeled with the dosage amount.
2. Staff verified that the medication was not labeled with the dosage amount.
