Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal/focused inspection was initiated on February 9, 2026 and completed on February 9, 2026. The on-site inspection began at 11:20 a.m. and ended at 1:15 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 71 children present and 15 staff. The inspector reviewed seven children?s records and seven staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, observations and interviews. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
