Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to the state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.

An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated on 04/30/2021 and concluded on 05/04/2021 in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 04/29/2021 relating to the allegations of behavioral management and supervision. Records, documentation and video footage were reviewed and interviews were conducted with staff.
The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be not valid.
