Inspector Notes
A joint inspection was conducted with the local department of social services to investigate a complaint received by the department related to a Forbidden Action. The inspection was initiated on 1/31/2022 and concluded on 2/28/2022 with an exit interview. Based on evidence obtained through a video recording observation, documentation review and interviews, the allegation was not substantiated.
