An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 02/20/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 02/04/2025 relating to allegations of supervision and staff quantity.
The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site.
This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and interviews.
