Violations
2Evidence: Inspector observed cleaning materials on a top shelf. There was food located on the shelf under the cleaning materials.
Evidence: Inspector observed only one person working with the fourteen children the day of inspection. When asked ?how often the staff member was alone?, they replied ?most days?. I asked ?who do they contact in case of an emergency?, she replied with ?no one. She would have to call her supervisor, who doesn?t work at the site?.
