Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts and document review.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 11/16/2021 and concluded on 11/19/2021. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 30 children present with 3 staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, programming, staffing, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Licensing Inspector reviewed 3 children records and 3 staff records.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
