This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documentation review and interviews
A complaint inspection was initiated on January 11, 2022 and concluded on January 20, 2022. A complaint incident was received by the department regarding allegations in the areas of supervision. The director was contacted by telephone to conduct the virtual investigation.
The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation of non-compliance with standards or law.
