Inspector Notes

A complaint inspection was conducted on 05/25/2022 from 3:00 P.M.-5:00 P.M. A complaint was received in the Office of Child Care Health and Safety (Valley) on May 4, 2022 regarding care of children and behavioral guidance. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, care of children, and behavioral guidance. A total of one child record and one caregiver records were reviewed and observations conducted.

There was not a preponderance of evidence, therefore the complaint is considered not valid. A mandated inspection was conducted at the same time as the complaint inspection and information gathered during the mandated inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
