An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was completed on 01/24/2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:00 am and ended at 11:00 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 24 children present with 5 staff.The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on 01/24/2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
