Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was conducted on June 26, 2023 from 9:25 am to approximately 11:25 am. There were a total of 3 children present with 2 caregivers for a total of five points.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, caregiver training, physical equipment and environment, care of children, special care and emergencies and nutrition.
The children and the provider were observed participating in storytime. The caregivers were observed having positive interactions with the children and one caregiver was observed taking the children on a walk during the inspection. The provider home is equipped with toys and supplies and items were available to the children.
All areas of the provider home, including: play areas, kitchen, hallways, playground, and bathroom were inspected.
During the inspection, four children?s records and two caregiver records were reviewed. No medication is being administered.
