Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 9/19/2023 from 1:25 pm-3:00 pm. There were 14 children supervised by 3 direct care staff. The physical plant, 3 staff records, 2 volunteer records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed playing outside. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection.
