Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced inspection. This on-site visit was initiated by a complaint that was received by the Valley Licensing Office on April 26, 2022 regarding safe sleep practices and ratio. Interviews were conducted with staff, the center was toured and documentation of safe sleep practices were reviewed.

The information gathered for this inspection does not support the allegation therefore the complaint is not valid.
