Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on August 1, 2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This on-site visit was conducted from 11:20 am through 12:45pm. Upon arrival, there were 19 children ranging in ages from 5 months through 5 with 7staff supervising. Four children records and six staff records were reviewed and updated.
No violations were found during this inspection.
