Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on August 7, 2024, to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This on-site visit was conducted from 11:15 a.m. through 12:15 p.m. Upon arrival, there were 31 children, ages from 46 months through 5, with 7 staff supervising. Five children records and six staff records were reviewed and updated.

No violations were found during this inspection.
