Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on 11/19/2024 and completed on 11/26/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on relating to allegations of staffing and supervision. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
