Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on September 13, 2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:30am and ended at 12:00pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 40 children present and 15 staff. The inspector reviewed 6 children?s records, and 5 staff records onsite. This inspection included document review, tour of the home, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
