Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 3/26/2026 , as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:40am and ended at 12:01pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 28 children present, 3 staff, and 4 volunteers. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records, 4 staff, and 1 volunteer records on-site. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
1Staff #2, employed for more than two years, did not have documentation of completing a sex offender registry search from one state.
