Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted 4/25/2022. Upon arrival to the center the children were involved in center play and art. Following clean up the children prepared to go outside to play on the playground. There were three children and three staff present.
A total of five children and one staff records were reviewed.
