An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 11/12/2024. The on-site inspection began at 1:35 pm and ended at 2:30 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were six children present and three staff. The inspector reviewed three children?s records on-site
