This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program (if applicable).

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 11/17/2021 and concluded on 11/17/2021. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were no children or staff present during the inspection. The program has been closed since the beginning of the COVID Pandemic in March of 2020.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
