A subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated on 06/24/2024 and concluded on 06/24/2024. There were 27 children present, ranging in ages from ten to twelve, with 6 staff. The Inspector reviewed/updated three child?s records and ten staff/board member records. The physical plant was observed, and the provider was interviewed regarding policies and procedures.
