Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted 4/25/2022.
Ten children were present with two staff in the preschool class (3-5 yrs).
Five children were present with two staff in the toddlers class (16 mos-2 1/2yrs)
Four children were present with two staff in the infant class (2 mos-15 mos).
Upon arrival to the center the children were having lunch. Following lunch the infants and toddler classes had nap and the preschool class went outside on the playground. A total of five children's records and two staff records were reviewed.
