An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 5/8/2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:45 am and ended at 12:20 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 18 children present and six staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and one staff records electronically on 5/13/25. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, and interviews,
